John Ormsby –
The owner and General Manager of Eastside Protection since its inception over 20 years ago, complimented by a distinguished career in the New South Wales Police culminating with service in the elite State Counter Terrorism Service. John has over 35 years experience with law enforcement and his expertise in security and asset protection has been sought via Government Agencies, both locally and abroad. John provides visible leadership, direction and governance for all business objectives with the company by ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness not only meets, but often exceeds our client requirements and expectations. He remains an important conduit for information to our operational team by maintaining personal contact with both clients and his personnel.
Phil Irwin -
Operations Manager of Eastside Protection with a lengthy history of Senior Management Positions within the Security Industry having qualifications in Risk Management and Quality Assurance. Phil is also a former NSW Police Officer with detective investigation experience who has successfully established, managed and maintained multiple national security contracts over many years. Phil is one of our Senior Consultants and Lead Auditor responsible for Quality Assurance.
John Fahey –
Loss Prevention Manager of Eastside Protection. Coming from an IT security management background, John has successfully headed our Loss Prevention Management team for many years and is accountable for the implementation of National Loss Prevention standards, policies and procedures necessary to achieve both security and loss objectives in line with our client’s business goals. Whilst building proactive relationships with key stakeholders John has the necessary technical and commercial knowledge on physical security and loss management to improve any business operation.
Craig Spencer –
Mobile Patrol Manager. Eastside Protection’s stalwart who has developed a strong, efficient and responsive Mobile Patrol Team capable of delivering a level of service rarely found within the Security Industry. Craig’s in-depth knowledge of specific security assignments makes him invaluable to our business which is evident by the number of long standing working relationships he has successfully maintained with clients utilising our mobile patrol service. His expertise in physical and electronic security systems, diligence in security operations and liaison with law enforcement agencies, has often resulted in early detection of issues preventing asset loss and improving safety for many clients.
(Various) Contract Managers –
For our major clients a dedicated Contract Manager can be assigned to provide direct communication to both the client and the security staff allocated to perform the services required. By providing this pivotal link to directly manage what the contract actually requires and then ensuring it is delivered by the assigned staff we have successfully been able to build on our client relationships through service delivery. At Eastside Protection you will not simply be talking to a voice on the end of the phone, our service will remain both personal and responsive.
Our Contract Managers are also able to:
- Compile applicable operational procedures
- Manage the implementation of the contract
- Manage human resource and equipment requirements
- Attend relevant meetings
- Produce necessary reports
- Address any contractual issues or required changes
- Measure key performance indicators and quality objectives relevant to the contract
- Maintain service levels and ensure contract compliance
